Who should attend?
The conference is aimed at
anyone interested in the development of the next Strategic Framework
Programme for Research and Innovation of the European Union.
Stakeholders from research institutions, industry, universities,
non-governmental organisations, scientists and politicians are
especially invited to take part in making EU funding more attractive
and easier to access for participants.
The conference will feature high-level speakers from the European
Commission, science organisations, universities, entrepreneurs and
governments from across Europe and beyond.

wrap up the public consultation on the Green Paper, present the results
and give the stakeholder community an opportunity to discuss them.

Winning candidate for future name of Common Strategic Framework
The European Commissioner for Research, Innovation and Science, Máire
Geoghegan-Quinn, will announce the winner of the competition for the
name of the Common Strategic Framework. The winning name, selected
after a public vote, will be one of the three most appealing names
submitted to an expert jury before the competition deadline.
