JOIN EAMBES: Application procedure for new members
If you wish to become an EAMBES member, you simply have to send an application by email to the EAMBES manager manager@eambes.org
The application should be accompanied by a short document describing your organisation and should specify what membership category you wish to apply for.
The two categories currently available are:
1. Division of Societies:
a. National : National societies are those whose membership encompasses mostly one European country
b. Trans-European: Trans-European Societies are those that have, and whose objective is to have, members from several different European countries.
Please specify what sub-category your Society belong to.
2. Division of Academic Programmes or Institutions and Research Institutes:
For Academic Programmes or Institutions and Research Institutes that have activities in education and/or training and research within areas relevant to the activities or interests of EAMBES.
As soon as we will receive your application, you will be sent a confirmation of its receipt.
From the receipt, the approval procedure typically takes six weeks, during which your application will be reviewed by an ad hoc Membership Committee.
In case of approval, you will be asked to appoint a representative and pay the first membership invoice. The first payment is considered as an entrance fee, membership renewal will be asked at the end of each year whatever the membership date approval is.
All membership benefits are activated only after the first membership fee is paid.
All new members are officially ratified at the forthcoming General Assembly.
